We organise delivery to your client as part of our service.

We have a network of preferred carriers that deliver throughout New Zealand.

We carry Inland Transit Insurance cover to protect you against damage that may occur during delivery.  Your delivery must be booked by Designers' Collection to access our insurance cover.



Freight damage must be reported at the time of delivery. Please email us photos of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.


You or your clients will be asked to sign a delivery docket to acknowledge that your goods have been received in good condition.  Please check the goods carefully before signing the delivery docket.  If the goods can not be seen through the packaging, sign the docket "Subject to Inspection."  The goods will need to be unwrapped and checked within 24 hours to confirm that they are in good condition.  If any damage is detected, please email us photos within 24 hours of delivery.
