We were delighted to see this project that we completed last year, featured in Denizen Modern Living. It is very gratifying to see lots of the furniture that we designed and made showcased in this striking Takapuna home.
The custom dining table is one of the first items of furniture you see when you enter the home. The brief was to create a table linked to materials used in the hard fit-out and with scale to sit comfortably in the substantial double story dining area.
The dual-sided Viktor modular sofa is the centrepiece of the living area. The layout was designed to anchor the generous family space accentuating the dual purpose of the intimate inward side facing the fireplace opposite the outward side enjoying the commending vista of the Hauraki Gulf.
Each space was carefully planned with a calming coherence throughout but also a distinctive look & feel in line with its purpose. Many of our designs were adapted for each space and some pieces were designed & made specifically for the space like the console, mirror and vase we created in the entrance.
